Vasco Rossi in un drammatico messaggio attacca chi "ha scelto di speculare" sulla morte del suo chitarrista Massimo Riva .
E le sue parole sono accompagnate da una lettera del suo staff critico per Ligabue che aveva stigmatizzato l' uso di stupefacenti nel mondo dello spettacolo. Massimo Riva , 36 anni, era stato trovato morto nel suo appartamento in centro a Bologna: in casa una siringa e un cucchiaio con tracce di droga . "Crisi respiratoria, seguita a una iniezione di eroina", così recita il referto di constatazione del decesso, diffuso ieri dalle autorità sanitarie, che ha reso inutile l' autopsia.
"Negli anni Settanta non avevamo molte informazioni - aveva detto Ligabue presentando allo Iulm di Milano il libro sulla sceneggiatura del suo film " Radiofreccia ", che parla proprio di droga e musica -. Il pensiero comune era che si potesse smettere quando si voleva. Per i musicisti rock c' è ancora oggi l' alibi dello scotto da pagare per fare musica. Perciò secondo il galateo della perfetta rockstar, io che non mi drogo sarei fuori target " .
Ma queste parole, pronunciate a poche ore dalla morte di Riva, non sono piaciute. " E' morto un amico e invece del silenzio... c' e' chi, per accrescere la propria credibilità , ha scelto di "speculare" lanciando anzitempo inutili messaggi moralizzatori ": si sfoga Vasco.
E lo staff della rockstar precisa: "Un amico, un bene prezioso, se ne goes without disturbing anyone. This silent goodbye does not preserve us from the usual and mundane chatter about the moral dangers of drugs and blah blah blah ...". And again: "This time, however, let's just shake your head and tell friends who are among the rules of the game , and that rock 'cursed and no longer counts his victims (and God bless Ligabue).

Vasco ti chiedo scusa, ma sulla droga hai sbagliato bersaglio, Chiedo scusa a Vasco Rossi e a chi sta vivendo il lutto per la scomparsa di Massimo Riva: non sono stato sufficientemente "scafato" da immaginare che qualcuno potesse speculare sulla morte di un musicista, imbastendo polemiche di bassa lega .
Io non ho never expressed moral judgments on 'drug use, nor I can do assessments on what is right and what is not, as might be deduced from a rather' interview published in another newspaper that gave me words I never uttered .
